INTRODUCTION
Established in 2021, focusing on the cafe culture and young minds of Nepal, Taral Cafe aims to serve quality food and drinks which are preferred by everyone. “Taral” might have many connotations, but at Taral Cafe, it has just one “perfect ambiance to ignite your thought provoking ideas” with our cozy yet chill-out environment. Food hygiene and Hospitality being our core values, We are glad to serve you with our passion and enthusiasm.

Mr. Biplav Bohora
Co-Founder
Biplav worked at Foot Locker as Visual Merchandiser and Chic Shoes as a assistant in 2018 before switching career. He later returned to Nepal in 2021 and visited more than 300 fast food restaurants to find inspiration of innovation that he could leverage for his home town. He has also worked at different brands like Highland Beans as a barista, server, bartender and currently co-founded Taral.
Mr. Bishal Lamsal
Co-Founder
Long before starting Taral, Bishal began his hospitality career with JW Marriott Marquis Dubai as well as Qatar Airways. After visiting many countries, he found inspiration of food as well as drinks from the memories and experiences. He pose experience of working as a Server, Bartender, Mixologist and Bar Incharge for more than 10 years in prior. Travel and Hospitality became a way for him to connect with people since long – which he thrives to reflect in Taral.
Kaushal Kumar Lo
Chief Chef
Kushal started his career as a commie chef back in 2008 from Nepal. Seeking his career advancement in the field, he moved to Abu dhabi and worked at Beach Rotana for more than 2 years. Having worked as shift incharge in French Cuisines at JW Marriott Marquis in succession, he poses diverse skills in fine art as well. With his specialization in continental food and Indian Cuisines, he is leading Taral’s kitchen since it’s inception.
