Taral café membership programs allows you to enable discounted pricing with loyalty benefits.
The process to acquire card is simple – You need to visit our reception and register your name to apply for card. We’ll examine your eligibility based on your number of visits per week and provide you plastic membership card. Discount offers and re-occurrence benefits will be indicated on the card itself. There’ll be two types of cards available:
For each Membership card You may not exchange your Taral Card for cash in any mean.
Refunds will not be given based on membership cards.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a Membership Cards where we believe it may have been stolen or obtained in another illegal way.
You should take care of your Taral Membership Card and treat it like cash. Taral Cafe will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
You should immediately report any loss, theft, fraudulent or unauthorized use of your card to our reception, via email or from contact form on our website here. If you lose your Card or it is stolen or damaged, we may, at our sole discretion replace your Card and transfer the benefits on it to a replacement card.
Your Taral Card and the balance on it will be cancelled 12 months from the date of issue. We reserve the right to cancel your card if we suspect it is being used fraudulently.
