Coffee culture is growing day by day in Nepal. It is believed that coffee was first planted in Nepal 80 years ago. However, the credit of the development of coffee culture in urban Nepal goes to Himalayan Java.

Since then, thousands of coffee houses as well as tea houses(Chiya Pasal) are being operated by Nepalese entrepreneurs throughout country. We can’t deny the fact that eastern Nepal has occupied the special place in our mind for tea production with majority of tea-gardens residing in this region.

Continuing the trend and contributing to the ecosystem of cafe culture, eastern Nepal is also becoming the hub for coffee lovers in the recent years.

Taral is yet another story and thinkers hub right at the heart of Urlabari Town. Our homely yet classic design evokes a relaxing cozy atmosphere, while the friendly staff present fresh, imaginative dishes that’s going to melt your heart and blow your mind.

We would like to welcome you all on our opening ceremony. Be there with your friends and loved ones – Coffee with friend is like capturing happiness in a cup.
